2024 World Rankings Change, Big Winners

The 2024 ProRodeo season is in full swing. July is almost over and the world team roping rankings are in dramatic flux as some of the biggest rodeos of the year get underway.

From the NFR Open and Cheyenne to Salt Lake City and Salinas, there’s big money at stake and the world rankings are constantly being disrupted.

When you’re hot, you’re hot

Kaleb Drijvers And Junior Nogueira are on a heater in July, now headed to No. 1 in the world for Driggers and Nogueira No. 2 on the heel side. The 2021 and 2022 world champions took home their first national circuit titles on July 13 at the NFR Open. Driggers and Nogueira each pocketed $16,000 in their trip to Colorado Springs, bumping both from third in the standings after their record-breaking Cowboy Christmas, where they cashed for $47,275 apiece.

Tyler Wade and Wesley Thorp make money in Casper

Casper adds to their July momentum, which picked up at the end of the fourth run.
